Partial Filled Pipe Magnetic Flow Meter

RBEF-P Type Partial filled electromagnetic flow meter is a flow automatic measuring instrument use for continuous measurement in open pipeline(half pipe sewage or mass flow pipe with none down flow weir) by velocity-area method. It can measure and display instantaneous flow rate, flow velocity, accumulated flow rate and any other data. It’s specially applicable to the measurement of municipal rainwater、sewage water、waste water and irrigation water.

Features

RBEF-P Type Partial filled Electromagnetic Flow Meter(EMF) Features:

  • Nominal diameter range: DN100~DN1200;

  • Measurement accuracy:+ 2.5%FS, accurately measure the flow rate between 10% and 100% of the liquid level;
  • The measurement range is large, and the flow measurement is not affected by backwater of the tributary surface,
  • Multiple connection methods: GB, DIN, ANSI, installation length in accordance with ISO standard.
  • It is not affected by floating objects, sediment and bubbles in the water during measurement, and the flow sensor has little resistance to the water flow, with simple structure, compact dimensions, and easy installation 
  • Standard pipelines can be installed directly without transformation, and the installation and construction cost is low:
  • The electrodes are installed at 10%, 30% and 50% of the pipeline diameter and will be automatically chosen to calculate the flow velocity , so it will not be affected by the grease floating on the liquid surface,
  • Small blind zoom, high-precision level gauge;
  • Split converter: suitable for detached installation required by column or wall mounting.The instrument display and output function are various, which can display measurement data such as water level, flow rate, flow rate. cumulative flow rate. etc..
  • Various outputs include RS485, 4-20mA, pulse output.
