Staight Tube density meter

The RBSDM straight tube density meter is a precision instrument used for continuous measurement of fluid density in industrial production processes. The instrument can meet the needs of more demanding process and custody transfer measurements, has better patency, is easy to clean, and is not affected by vibration, flow and pressure changes during use. It is a low-maintenance, rugged and reliable instrument.

RBSDM straight tube density meter uses a unique suspension design structure, which can well resist the influence of external vibration on the measurement of the instrument; it uses reliable measuring components, so that the measuring medium can still be used well under high temperature conditions. The measuring tube is a straight tube without any movable parts inside, which well solves the pressure loss problem and the problem of difficult cleaning of Coriolis mass flowmeter in measuring density, and solves the problem that the tuning fork density meter cannot measure in liquids with high viscosity and liquids with entrained solids or gases, providing reliable technical support to ensure long-term and reliable use of users.

RBSDM straight tube density meter uses mathematical processing method of fitting equation calculation internally, and the instrument has a built-in temperature sensor to compensate the density meter for temperature, making the density measurement more accurate.
RBSDM straight tube density meter is designed with multi-language function. Through menu settings, it can realize display conversion of English, Russian, German, Spanish, etc.

Principle

The RBSDM straight tube densitometer Priciple

The RBSDM straight tube densitometer measures density using the vibrating tube principle. When the density of the liquid changes, the density of the medium will affect the vibration frequency of the densitometer, and the change in the vibrating mass will affect the resonant frequency of the vibrating tube, which is inversely proportional to the density of the process fluid. The fluid density can be obtained by detecting the change in the resonant frequency.
