RBXGU Series Micro Flow Ultrasonic Sensor -inline

RBXGU Series Ultrasonic Flow Sensors/ Flow Meters adopt U-shaped tubing. Through NPT threaded fittings, they can be connected to various types of tubing such as PVC, silicone, PE, PUR, etc. The RBXGU series ultrasonic flow sensors/flow meters are compact and can output results without external circuitry. Ultrasonic flow sensors/flow meters can be integrated into liquid flow paths to measure very low flow rates with high accuracy up to ±0.1mL/min.The RBXGU series of ultrasonic sensors are based on the ultrasonic time-difference method technology and can be configured as flow switches or for bubble detection, as well as for liquid filling processes.

Principle
The RBXGU sensor utilizes advanced ultrasonic time-difference measurement technology.
By precisely measuring the difference in sound propagation time between downstream and upstream directions, RB Flowmeter's proprietary algorithms calculate flow velocity with extreme accuracy, even at the lowest velocities where traditional sensors fail.
