Key Features & Advantages:
The RBVF series operates on the Karman Vortex Street principle. As fluid passes a non-streamlined bluff body (vortex generator), alternating vortices are shed on each side. R&B Instrument Inc. utilizes high-sensitivity piezoelectric sensors to detect the frequency of these vortices, which is directly proportional to the fluid's velocity. Our advanced electronics then convert this frequency into a precise volumetric or mass flow rate.
